Question 1

Can I buy property with Alomas if I live overseas?

Accepted Answer

Yes — most of our buyers are overseas. We run live video viewings, verify title documents, coordinate with local attorneys and can act on your behalf where you appoint us to. Nothing is signed without you seeing it first.

Question 2

Do you charge for a consultation?

Accepted Answer

No. The first 30-minute consultation is free, whether it's about property or travel. You'll get written follow-up with options and next steps within one business day.

Question 3

Which countries do you cover?

Accepted Answer

Trinidad & Tobago, Barbados and Grenada in the Caribbean, and Ghana and Nigeria in Africa. We can also advise on nearby markets on request.

Question 4

How do you verify listings?

Accepted Answer

We confirm ownership and title documentation, inspect the property in person where possible, and price against real recent comparables. If a listing can't be verified, we don't publish it.

Question 5

Can you combine a property viewing trip with travel?

Accepted Answer

That's exactly what we do best. We'll build an itinerary around your viewings — flights, accommodation, transfers and time to actually enjoy the place you're considering.

Question 6

What does a travel package usually include?

Accepted Answer

Accommodation, transfers and the listed experiences as a minimum. Flights can be added. Every package can be customised for dates, party size, dietary needs and accessibility.

Question 7

How do I pay, and is a deposit required?

Accepted Answer

Travel bookings typically require a deposit to confirm, with the balance due before departure. Property transactions follow the legal process in the relevant country, with funds handled by the attorney or escrow — never informally.

Question 8

How quickly do you respond?

Accepted Answer

Within one business day for email enquiries, and usually within a couple of hours on WhatsApp during business hours.
